This one turned out better looking than I imagined. I made this custom order as a variation of another ring I have listed here. This was pushing my comfort zone because I tend to like the symmetry of things. That is until I do something like this and see how I really like it.
It started as one of my Two Turn Wave Energy Rings™ with my blackened niobium finish and then I added three sterling silver rivets on one side to create an interesting asymmetrical look.
The silver band is a separate ring that comes with this Wave Energy Ring™. It is made of either 12 or 10 gauge to compliment the rings gauge and the design of the wave at the top makes the insert ring self centering.
For a different look, this ring can be worn with or without the included sterling silver insert. This makes it ideal for a wedding/engagement ring.
You also get a second insert for this ring. It is called the Mock Pavé™ Textured insert. I had this as a choice before but it was too difficult to select only one so I decided to include both inserts from now on to simplify matters.
Another option is the gauge I use for this ring. I use either the 12 gauge or the larger 10 gauge. Here is a good guideline for selecting the gauge that may be best for you.
12 gauge is the smaller gauge and the one pictured here. I recommend this one for sizes 8 or smaller.
For sizes 8 to 10 I think either gauge will look fine so this is a matter of choice.
for sizes 10 or above, I think the 10 gauge looks really good.
I have made the thinner 12 gauge in sizes as large ad 12 and it looks fine also.
Most men prefer the 10 gauge just because it looks a bit more substantial and women with small hands tend to prefer the 12 gauge for a more petite look.
